July 1969 Wholly owned by Mitsui Fudosan Co., Ltd., established as a subsidiary to sell a wide range of dwellings and land
April 1975 Brokerage business excluding corporate customers was transferred from Mitsui Fudosan Co., Ltd. Started the real estate business
August 1976 Registered as a property appraiser
February 1977 Deployed the Mitsui-style franchise system to develop and expand the real estate market
April 1978 Corporate customer brokerage business was transferred from Mitsui Fudosan Co., Ltd.
October 1981 Deployed the corporate identity, Mitsui Rehouse System, to the real estate business and announced the concepts of “relocation” and “buy a new house”
April 1984 Transferred management operations to Mitsui Fudosan Housing Service Co., Ltd. (currently Mitsui Fudosan Residential Service Co., Ltd)
June 1985 Started asset consultancy for properties in the Tokyo metropolitan area
April 1986 Changed the company name of real estate agents established all over Japan to Rehouse Co., Ltd.
April 1987 Created the first Rehouse girl
September 1990 Deployed the corporate identity, Real Plan to the asset consultancy for properties in the Tokyo metropolitan area
April 1993 Separated the Leasing Department to be independent in order to strengthen the real estate leasing business
April 1994 Established San Space Co., Ltd., a new company to conduct parking-related businesses
October 1997 Started comprehensive inheritance assets consultancy
June-July 1999 Integrated eleven companies of Rehouse Co., Ltd., in the Tokyo metropolitan area and restructured to four companies
April 1999 Transferred operations conducted by four local branches to Sapporo Mitsui Real Estate Sales Co., Ltd.; Tohoku Mitsui Real Estate Sales Co., Ltd.; Chugoku Mitsui Real Estate Sales Co., Ltd.; and Kyushu Mitsui Real Estate Sales Co., Ltd.
March 1999 Merged with Sun Space Co., Ltd., to expand the parking business directly
Established a new company Repark Co., Ltd., for parking management and operations
November 2000 Made a full scale entry into the due diligence business (real estate detailed investigation)
August 2001 Established Respect Building Inspection Co., Ltd., and proactively expanded the real estate inspection business
October 2002 Merged four subsidiaries of Rehouse in the Tokyo metropolitan area and established Mitsui Rehouse Tokyo Co., Ltd.
April 2003 Split the condominium leasing business (housing rental business) and merged with Mitsui Fudosan Housing Lease Co., Ltd.
September 2003 Started the bicycle parking business
October 2006 Split the sales agency business and merged it into a new company, Mitsui Fudosan Residential Co., Ltd., building and selling dwellings.
October 2007 Mitsui Real Estate Sales Co., Ltd., and Repark Co., Ltd., were merged.
April 2008 Established Rehouse Support to enhance customer follow-up and expand related services.
July 2009 Integrated seven subsidiaries of Rehouse in the Tokyo metropolitan area and restructured to three subsidiaries: Mitsui Rehouse Tokyo, Mitsui Rehouse Nishi-Tokyo, and Mitsui Rehouse Shonan Yokohama.
Changed the company names of subsidiaries of Rehouse in the Kansai and Chubu area to Mitsui Rehouse Kansai and Mitsui Rehouse Nagoya, and four local sales companies to Mitsui Real Estate Sales Sapporo, Mitsui Real Estate Sales Tohoku, Mitsui Real Estate Sales Chugoku, and Mitsui Real Estate Sales Kyushu.
April 2012 Merged five companies, Mitsui Rehouse Tokyo, Mitsui Rehouse Nishi-Tokyo, Mitsui Rehouse Shonan Yokohama, Mitsui Rehouse Kansai, and Mitsui Rehouse Nagoya. Changed the company name from Mitsui Real Estate Sales to Mitsui Fudosan Realty Co., Ltd.
Changed the company name of four local sales companies to Mitsui Fudosan Realty Sapporo, Mitsui Fudosan Realty Tohoku, Mitsui Fudosan Realty Chugoku, and Mitsui Fudosan Realty Kyushu

April 2017 Merged Car Sharing Japan Co., Ltd.
April 2018 Merged two companies, Rehouse Hachioji and Rehouse Nankai. All agents developed with the Mitsui Rehouse brand are directly managed
