Another core business area is our parking lot operations and we are growing our Repark brand to meet the huge needs of both corporate and private customers by energetically implementing effective asset utilization strategies which can provide them with revenue stability. We see this as a growing business in urban areas where demand is particularly robust and will channel substantial efforts towards boosting the number of cars we can accommodate even further by improving the quality of our parking lots and raising the standard of our services. Our parking lot operations also provide a major contribution to social infrastructure by reducing on-street parking and enhancing road safety, helping to make our communities safe and secure. As Mitsui Fudosan Realty Co., Ltd. assumes a high degree of social responsibility in its business operations, our corporate goal is to establish parking lots which are both urban and eco-friendly. We are marshalling our resources toward reducing CO2 emissions by installing LED lighting and utilizing solar power generation from solar panels in our parking lots. In addition, we have begun to demonstrate a real commitment to car-sharing services, now drawing attention as a new form of transport infrastructure, through the utilization of our parking lot operations.
