In case of the purchase of newly built homes, customers’ personal information is provided to or shared with the relevant parties listed below for the purpose of facilitating the process of contract, handover, registration, financing, and management of properties, and providing information and services associated with such process
Customers’ personal information is utilized by the following relevant parties.
| Seller | A seller can be identified in purchase and sale agreement, etc. |

| Participating agency companies / intermediary companies | In the case of joint sales, information is jointly utilized by participating companies. Participating agency companies / intermediary companies can be identified in purchase and sale, etc. |
| Judicial scriveners / registered land and building investigators | Transfer of title, and, if financing is used, mortgage lender’s lien is registered. Certain information required for such registration is utilized. |
| Financial institutions / guaranty companies, etc. | If financing is used, information necessary for screening and execution of a loan is utilized. Certain necessary information may be further provided to life and casualty insurance companies, etc. by financial institutions. |
| Management companies | Information necessary for management of condominiums is utilized. |
| Other relevant companies, etc. | Companies and organizations to be involved from home purchase thru move-in such as movers, and interior decorators may make use of only information necessary for their services. |
